In our early beginnings, the staff of Kaldi’s Coffee would come to the Tap Room and order a shot of espresso to accompany a pint of Oatmeal Stout. It didn’t take us long to realize that combination was a match made in heaven. Using premium French Roast beans from St. Louis’ Kaldi’s Coffee, we create a cold toddy to extract the best qualities from the beans before blending it with our stout to create a smooth, slightly sweet, bold beer with earthy aromas of roasted barley, chocolate and coffee. |
