Kolsch
Done properly and with distinction, this definitive golden ale is fermented with a yeast strain from Köln, Germany, where Kölsch originated. The result is a slightly dry and subtly malt brew with the delicate aroma of an ale and the clean finish of a lager. ABV: 4.8% + IBU: 25 + SRM: 6
Munich Helles
This German style was first brewed to compete with the popular Czech Pilsners of the time. It’s a clean, yet complex lager with pleasant spicy notes from delicate noble hops. Don’t be fooled by its straw color - its more malt-forward than a light lager or a pilsner. ABV: 4.5% + IBU: 17 + SRM: 3
Crisp IPA
Can an IPA be both hoppy and crisp? We think so, and you will too once you try this newest addition to the team. This juicy and bright IPA features aromatic notes of sweet citrus, tart grapefruit, and an undertone of woody pine. Hoppy up front, clean on the finish. ABV: 7.0% + IBU: 40 + SRM: 6
Dunkel
