Don’t know what you’re making for this year’s dinner? We’ve got a beer-inspired recipe for you that features our latest special release. This year, make this Merry Berry Cranberry Sauce just in time for holiday festivities.
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup Schlafly’s Merry Berry Ale
- 3 cups fresh cranberries
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan.
- Simmer on medium heat until thickened for about 15 minutes.The longer you cook the sauce, the thicker it becomes.
- Let cool. Place the sauce in the freezer for faster cooling.
