Schlafly Titanium, An Ebay Auction For A Great Cause, And The Schlafly Beer April Fool's Video Tradition

April Fool’s Day was this past Sunday and that meant that once again, I had the opportunity to dust off the trusty video camera (or in this year’s case, an iPhone) to create a online “commercial” for a new, fake style of Schlafly beer to unleash upon an unsuspecting Internet. 2012 marks the fourth year I have done this, and at this point, for those in on the joke, it’s actually become something of an event that a lot of folks look forward to around here with a good deal of anticipation and besides, it’s something that I have a blast doing.

I'm Dreaming Of A Wheat Christmas

Schlafly Special Release Christmas Ale is currently out in the market, so I thought it would be fun to see if I couldn’t find out a bit more information about this always popular winter release for you good people. To do that, I went straight to the source and talked with the gentlemen responsible for creating the recipe for our Christmas Ale; James “Otto” Ottolini. Otto has been with Schlalfy almost from the beginning and he currently oversees all the brewing operations at our Bottleworks facility.
